CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS AND MENU
Confirmation of guest numbers and menu selection must be given at the latest 14 days prior to the event.


PAYMENT
A non refundable depost (20% of the quoted function value) is required where events are booked more that 2 months in advance.

CANCELLATION
Any event cancelled out side of fourteen (14) days notice will incur a $200.00 administration fee.

In the event of the function being cancelled between fourteen to seven (14-7) days of the event a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted function value will apply.

Between six to two (6-2) days of the event a 75% cancellation fee of the quoted function value will apply.

Within fourty-eight (48) hours of the event a 100% cancellation fee of the quoted function value will apply.


STAFFING
Staffing hours quoted may vary according to the requirements on the day of the event.  Any additional hours rendered will be billed separately following the event.

Staff hours billed will include pre-event briefing and loading and will include post event duties such as cleaning and loading.
